Mumbai: Observing that students who return to physical and college schools cannot be made to suffer, the Bombay High Court on Monday directing that the driver and MSRTC conductor are willing to do so.
HC also states that they estimate union members who protested to remain peaceful and do not use violence, and direct that if they do it, the state can immediately begin actions against them.
HC benches from Judge PB Varale and SM Mokak are hearing the petition by Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC), who also submitted a written statement for the instance of alleged obstruction and “throwing stones” when staff reported to serve on the last few days.
Senior Advice on MSRTC S U U U Kamdar with Advocate Pinky Bhansali tried to find orders to make protesters from assembly at the gate and block employees from reporting.
HC did not pass such orders after advocate Gunratan Sadavarte for union members who were striking said they did not block and only protest peace.
However, HC did ask Sadavarte to ensure uncomfortable people.
“When we allow you to have peace protests, he should not block fellow colleagues.
You only consider one aspect – your democratic rights to protest.
These poor children have never attended school for one and a half years, when the country has now opened a school, Do you expect them to walk? That protest does not mean that your agitation must result in the suffering of students and the general public.
There must be a balance, “HC warned.
HC said that in accordance with November 15 in the insulting petition submitted by MSRTC against protest employees, Maharashtra Rajya members Kanisht Vitan Kamgar Union attended the committee meeting ordered to be designated.
PP Applicant PP Kakade said representatives from 26 other trade unions were also summoned by the panel to submit their independent views from November 23.
HC directs that the committee, after hearing all parties, including MSRTC and the State, must place “the introduction of” opinion “before the court on December 20.
When Sadavarte proposed that the health care protesters were a problem and seeking the presence of a doctor on the protest site, the state said he had put Complete ambulance on the site with a doctor.
HC, in order, also said members of the protest can be rushed to the “nearest hospital” in an emergency.
HC Suo Motu quotes two news articles, including one by former MSRTC employees, who make relevant suggestions , and ask the country to consider them to complete stand-off between protesters and countries.
