NEW DELHI: Hundreds of Workers Anganwadi held protests near the residence of the Head of Delhi Arvind KeRriwal in the Civil Line in the National Capital on Monday to suppress their demands, including recognition as a government employee.
This protest was held under the Aegis of Delhi and Assistant Angganwadi Workers.
The protesters shouted anti-government slogans and featured placards demanding rolls back new education policies.
They also demanded that the status of government employees must be given to them.
They were stopped by the police a few meters from the residence of CM after they sat in Dharna and continued their protest.
The protesters held placards that read “Inqilab Zindabad” and “Karmachari Ka Darza Hamara Adhikar”.
