Protest with violence in the Vedanta project

Letter: At least 30 tear shells fired when public hearing for Zinc Hindustan Smelter Factory Vedanta Group changed with violence in the village of Doswada District but on Monday.

The state government last year signed a pact with Sengsustan Seng to regulate the zinc smelter complex with a capacity of 300 kilo tons per year, requiring an investment of Rs 10,000 Crore, in the 415 hectare area in Doswada several people who protested also suffered injury.
