Protests will end when agriculture laws are revoked in parliament: Rakesh Tikait

Ghaziabad: Leader of Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) Rakesh Titikit on Friday said the protest of anti-farming protests will only be withdrawn after a controversial law revoked in parliament.
He also stressed that the government had to talk to farmers for the problem of minimum support prices (MSP) plants and other things.
BKU National Spokesman said this on Twitter as soon as Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced revoking three agricultural laws, who were in the center of the farmers’ protest since November 26 last year.
“Protests will not be drawn soon, we will wait for the day when the agricultural law is revoked in parliament.
Along with MSP, the government must talk to farmers about other problems too,” Tikait Tweeted in Hindi.
Overcoming the nation on the occasion of Teacher Nanak Jayanti, the prime minister said the three agricultural laws for the benefit of farmers but “we cannot convince parts of the farmers despite the best efforts”.
The purpose of three agricultural laws is to empower farmers, especially small farmers, he said.
