NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Thursday stated, it’s pleased that the board examinations are cancelled and highlighted the attention of pupils will be shielded, since it requested the Centre to meet with the goal standards to evaluate Class XII pupils in fourteen days.

Khanwilkar along with Dinesh Maheshwari advised the AG,”We’re content with the Centre’s decision to cancel the plank examination (CBSE and ICSE planks ).

The AG responded to the seat the goal standards will be set by CBSE and searched time to put it on record before the court.
The AG filed the request seeking cancellation of board tests could be disposed as well as an application might be submitted in the subject.
The seat answered that it is only going to eliminate the issue after the goal standards is put on record.
The ICSE board counselor searched four months’ time to set the objective standards on document.

Declining to provide four weeks to CBSE and ICSE, the chair stated:”If you desire, you are able to do it immediately, but we’re giving you fourteen days.
All interactions are occurring on the internet, take action in fourteen days.
You need to behave immediately.”
Justice Maheshwari explained:”Last year they’ve taken the choice, why they’re requesting longer.” The chair stated the choice in the matter needs to be obtained early, because there are lots of students who wish to participate in overseas universities.
Declining to provide four months’ time, the seat reiterated:”it’ll postpone, pressing decision ought to be taken.”
Petitioner urge Mamta Sharma pointed out that a few say boards are still moving ahead with all the examinations.
Asking the attorney to become patient, the seat replied:”We’ve got interest of those pupils in our heads, no matter the board.
Let this be solved first and then we’ll consider another state board examinations.”
The best court in its order stated:”What’s only to invent well-defined objective standards for evaluation of performance of their candidates, which choice will be taken by these within fourteen days, as aforesaid.
