Prove not guilty in court: SHRC

Kollam: Refusing complaints accused of murder cases, the State Human Rights Commission requested him to prove his innocence in court.
Deepthikumar, the native of Cherusserbaiba, Chavara, said in the complaint submitted with the Commission that he framed wrong in this case related to his wife’s death.
For members of this Commission V K Beura Kumari said he could prove his complaint in court.
The claims of deepthikumar is that the police beat him in the case after being influenced by his wife’s relatives.
The Commission has also searched for a report from the City Police Commissioner on the allegations.
The report said a case was registered against deepthikumar based on complaints by his daughter.
The daughter accused the complaint that her mother’s death was caused by consumption of toxic liquor.
Meanwhile, the police told the Commission that the investigation was satisfactory and did not need to divert the case to another agency.
