PSGPC invited Jathedar and SGPC president to visit Kartarpur said Covid 19 was under control

Amritsar: While claiming that the Covid-19 situation was under control in Pakistan, the Parbandhak Pakistan Sikh Committee (PSGPC) had extended the invitation to Jathedar takhand Takht Giani Harpreet Singh and Shiromani Pardwara Parbanda Committee (SGPC) President Aunt Jagir Kaur to visit Gurdwara Darbar Sahib , Kartarpur Sahib, Pakistan.
PSGPC President Satwant Singh told TII on Thursday that he had sent invitation letters to Kaur and Singh to visit Gurdwara Darbar Sahib, Kartarpur Sahib, Pakistan.
He also claimed that the Covid-19 situation was truly controlled in Pakistan.
“We will make all arrangements for the SGPC delegation visit and will welcome them in ‘Zero Line’ to make the new early ‘peace corridor’,” Satwant said.
It was on March 16, 2020, when India announced for a while to suspend the Daily Kartarpur pilgrimage to prevent the spread of the next Coronavirus, the online registration of Kartarpur Sahib pilgrimage was also stopped.
The Pakistani government has also stopped pilgrimage.
On October 2, 2020, the Pakistani government announced unilaterally opening a pilgrimage Kartarpur Sahib for Indian worshipers.
But New Delhi denied replying the cue stating that the decision to reopen the Kartarpur corridor would be taken in accordance with the protocol related to Covid-19 and reducing restrictions.
During the past, some time SGPC and reason takhand had demanded from the central government to open a pilgrimage of Kartarpur at the opening line of other religious shires throughout the country.
“PSGPC welcomed SGPC’s request for direct repair of Kartarpur corridors and we assured that we would make all arrangements for Indian worshipers during their pilgrimage to Gurdwara Darbar Sahib, Kartarpur Sahib,” said the PSGPC president.
He said they were looking forward to the initial decision of the Indian government in connection with the reopening of the Kartarpur corridor.
