Mangaluru: The official team, led by CCB Mahesh Prasad Inspector and the Bandkee Jyotirling Honnakatti Police Station, invaded the air and kitchen lounge located on MG Road on Saturday night.
The police said the attack was carried out based on the information received from the public that the pub had been running for the past week outside the time allowed, playing music outside the boundaries permitted and violated Covid-19 guidelines.
A pine has been booked under the Excise Act, Karnataka Police Law and the Karnataka Epidemic Law.
Equipment, including DJ consoles, pro-voice DJ consoles, laptops and processors, worth 7.6 lakh Rs have been confiscated.
The public has told the police that disruption was caused in the area as a home and paid guest facilities for women located near, an officer said.
The pub was crowded when the police had reached the place.
