PATNA: Chief minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday asked the overall government department officials to ensure frequent monitoring of execution of this Bihar Right into Public Service (RTPS) Act along with the Bihar Right into Public Grievance Redressal (RTPGR) Act in most 38 districts, to ensure their implementation may be further enhanced.

The CM also stated that land and property related disputes would be the prime motives behind over 80% instances of crimes in the nation.
“Issues associated with property, power bill, upkeep of streets and bridges along with certain other issues are brought under the purview of their RTPGR Act.
Any individual is now able to file a complaint about non-repair of streets and bridges under the terms of this RTPGR Act,” Nitish stated.
