Puducherry Child Prostitution Case: Three Arrested

PUDUCHERRY: Three people, including former members of the police, have been arrested in the case of child prostitution in Puducherry.
Police said several teams raided the spa and massage center simultaneously in Puducherry a few days ago after complaints that prostitution developed at the facility.
Police arrested 10 people including two married couples and saved more than 10 women, who were forced to become prostitution.
The question revealed that one of the people saved was a 17-year-old little girl.
The little girl told police that more than 40 people experienced sexual abuse and harassed it at the spa after the police who began the process identifying all of his clients.
The police identified three men, who sexually attacked the little girl and arrested them.
The arrest was identified as R Vigneshwaran aka Vignesh, 29, from Ramapuram, Chennai, S Arun, 24, KottoPalalayam, Puduchery and Boopati, 24, TV Nagar in Puduchhery.
Boopathy is a former member of the police.
The police have ordered the perpetrators identified and unknown under the Section 6 (punishment for penetrative sexual attacks compounded), 8 (punishment for sexual violence) and 16 (reduction of violations) of the prevention of children from sex (Pocso) Act, 2012.
Police Also booked them under Section 370 (Trafficking Person), 370 (4) (where violations involve underage trafficking), 370-a (exploitation of people traded) and 366-A (mastery of little girls) Indian criminal codes.
They are also ordered under section 5 (procurement, inducing or taking people for prostitution), 5 (1) (d) (D) (inducing someone to continue prostitution) and 6 (holding someone in a place where the prostitution is run) and 6 ( 2) (a) (where a child or small found in a brothel house, is, on a medical examination, detected has been sexually misused, it will be considered, except the opposite proven, that children or minors have been detained for prostitution purposes) from immoral traffic actions (prevention), 1956.
