Puducherry Releases Working Hours for Christmas, New Year

PUDUCHERRY: The Puducherry Government has relaxed the full curfew on Christmas and Christmas Eve – 24 and December 25.
The government also has casual curfew until 2am in 30 and December 31 for the new year celebration.
The curfew time will start from 2am to 5 in the morning on December 31 and 2.
The government has allowed a social cultural meeting on December 24, 25, 30 and 31 and January 1 can ensure the appropriate behavior of Covid-19.
The government has allowed churches to be opened to the public after 14:00 on December 24 and 25.
Similarly, the government has allowed all religious places / workplaces to open to the public after 14:00 for Dharshan / prayer in the new year (December 31).
“Restaurant / bar / bar / liquor storage / place of hospitality.
(December 31),” said command.
The government regardless of some relaxation on several days extending the kuncian until January 2 (2am).
