PUDUCHERRY: The Puducherry government has extended holidays for all schools in the Puducherry and Kraida region on Wednesday and Thursday due to heavy rains.
Joint Director (School Education, Higher Secondary Wing) V G Sivagami issued a circular in this case on Tuesday.
The Directorate on Sunday declared a holiday for all schools in the Puducherry and Kara region on Monday and Tuesday due to bad weather.
The Directorate also postponed the reopening of the school for class I to VIII, which was scheduled for Monday.
The Directorate said the reopening date of the school would be communicated later.
