New Delhi: Tata Motors hopes to capture various customers with the next shot, said a top company official on the sidelines of the opening.
The latest offer from Tata Motors is positioned as an entry-level SUV, sitting under Nexon in the hierarchy.
Vivek Srivatsa, head of marketing for PVS and EVS, Tata Motors, expressed trust in co-existence and developed from Nexon and punching tandem.
He said, “There are no products on the ground under the sub-compact category which has the characteristics of the original SUV.
With punch, Tata has tried to plug in the gap.” Available in four trims, Punch comes with a traction control system, offers 187mm Ground Clearance.
