Pune: The Coffee Police arrested a unemployed young man (20) on Monday night and was looking for five mercy on charges of damaging three motorbikes and five four-wheeled in Shivnerinagar at around 10pm.
Resident Shivnerinagar Malhari Haribhau Pawar (52), an ordinary worker with the profession, has submitted a complaint to the police on Sunday.
“The six men went to the area and, after bumpy without supervision of several vehicles in the Shivneri area which led to the hillside, damaging eight vehicles with sticks and sharp weapons,” said Senior Inspector Sardar Patil from Khethwa police.
“Some local residents saw them.
But the six men threatened them from the terrible consequences of Six men damaged three motorbikes, three cars, minibuses and tempo for no reason,” said Patil.
The police conducted a search operation in the area and arrested Shivraj, aka Shubham Vilas Lonkar (23), from Shivnerinagar.
“Other men’s identities have been established.
They are also from Shivnerinagar.
They are all unemployed and broke the windshield, window, vehicle mirror,” he said.
In another incident, a group of eight people damaged the autorickshaw and motorbikes in Kalas Village in Pune – Jalan Alandi on Saturday night.
A local autorickshaw driver, Somnath Bhagat (42), filed a complaint with the Wisrantwadi police station on Sunday morning.
The police have launched eight people for damaging vehicles and riots in the area.
The police said the men were armed with sharp weapons and went berserk in the area.
Their actions have been captured by CCTV cameras and the police have identified the suspects.
