Pune: The Cantonment police on Wednesday night arrested three livestock owners who were responsible for negligence after the buffalo went berserk, hitting two vehicles and injuring the couple in Jaan Mohammad Street at Camp on August 8 then released with a guarantee at the police station.
Bhavani Petr Resident Zubair Shaikh, who was injured with his wife, underwent treatment for internal wounds and then approached the police on Wednesday to register complaints.
