Pune: The Civic body is resolved through Lok Adalat 1,369 cases related to their properties and rented rentals that are delayed.
Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) obtained RS75 Lakh through the disposal of the case.
The case of property tax should be heard at Lok is, but continues to apply because of the objections by several canitators at the meeting of the Civic’s body.
“We have issued a notification to these absenteeism that tells them to attend an audience.
Those who have moved the court can get cases of peacefully discharged,” said a senior official Department of ESHTablishments PMC.
“No case the property tax was decided on Lok,” said Vilas Kanade, Head of the PMC Property Tax Department.
The civic body will only recover the RS52 Crore from a delayed tax case at Lok.
