Pune: The Metropolitan area Pune added a total of 921 Covid-19 cases on Saturday.
Pune-city companies and Pimpri Chinchwad registered less than 200 new patients respectively, but rural areas added almost 500 new cases.
The recovery, the region recorded more than 800 patient release.
In PMC limits, 354 patients were repatriated.
In the PCMC limit, a total of 164 patients were sent home from treatment.

The total positive case in the region increased to 10.77 lakh while recovery reached 10.49 lakh on Saturday.
The number of active cases rose to 9,973, which included 4,667 patients in house isolation and 5,306 underwent hospital care.

Covid testing continued throughout the district with more than 20,000 samples analyzed for the last 24 hours (total at 20,234).
8,484 tests were carried out in rural areas and Cantonese.
PMC tests 7,620 samples and PCMC is carried out 4,130 tests.
So far, Pune District has done more than 60 Lakh Covid-19 tests.
