Pune: Yerawada police have ordered a man with a criminal record of allegations of persecution and stalking a 16-year-old girl since June and threatened to throw acid into his face if he rejected his marriage proposal.
“The girl was originally afraid to share the incident with her parents.
It was on September 1 when she told her mother that the man threatened to tarnish his face with acid if he did not marry him by complementing the age of 18,” said Sub-Inspector of Swati Thakur on Saturday.
The girl never went to school and her parents entered a small job.
He girls register pine relating to the persecution, stalking and criminal intimidation under the relevant parts of the Criminal Code and the protection of children from the Act of sexual violation and the police ordered the man on Friday.
The FIR stated that the man had dropped the paper at the girl’s residence, mentioning the number and asked him to contact him.
But when he refused to do it, he proposed to marry the girls and began to follow it, FIR added.
