Pune: District rural police on Thursday arrested four men who were accused of squeezing and raping a 14-year-old girl for two years.
The fourth has been held under Section 376 (rape) of the Criminal Code and the relevant parts of the protection of children from the acts of sexual violations (Pocso).
An officer from Pune Rural Colre said that the complainant came into contact with four men about two years ago.
“They clicked on the photos with the girl and then began to squeeze it by threatening to show photos to her parents,” the officer said.
The suspects were then used to take him to the cottage and raped him repeatedly.
“They threatened the girl if she told it about it to anyone, they would kill her father,” the officer said.
The girl who feared suffered harassment in the hands of the people for two years because of fear, police said.
On Thursday, he gathered courage and filed a complaint to the police.
“We have arrested four suspects.
One of their hands is in the run,” the officer said.
“We are working on certain instructions and hope to immediately catch their hands,” said a police officer who investigated this case.
