Pune: A 52-year-old man was arrested on Sunday from Wakad on sexual accusations harassing his stepson for the past five years.
The girl, now the department, on Sunday approached Wakad’s police and filed a shot at him.
His stepfather was arrested under section 354 (violence or criminal to women with the intention of being angry in his humiliation) from the Indian criminal code and the relevant parts of the protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso).
An officer from Police Wakad said, “The girl stated in her complaint that her stepfather spoke to him in a lewd and rude language when he lived with him.
He also tried to impose him to him.” The officer said the man who was arrested was usually beating and scolded the girl because He never noticed his progress.
“The girl suffered an injury on her head when she was beaten by her stepfather,” he said.
The officer said the man was always trying to touch the complainant inappropriately.
“The girl suffered a five-year harassment when the man threatened him,” he said.
