Pune: Special Track Tracks have quickly punished and punish a 24-year-old man from Bhandgaon in Daund Taluka up to 15 years in prison for sexual attacks in September 2017 which resulted in a pregnancy of a 17-year-old girl from a 17 year old girl from the city.

Judge Special Judge Jahagirdar enforced the public prosecutor as a submission of Brahme to seek maximum penalty for the accused of Shelke Babasaheb Shelke.
The judge argued that the defendant did not deserve punishment in punishment, given the situation in which he committed sexual violence and left the girl in trouble.
The court distributed a sentence of 15 major years to Shelke for violations below Section 5 (J) (II) – related to sexual violence which resulted in the pregnancy of girls – from the Pocso law.
It dropped a decrease accused of 12 years that was strictly for violations based on part 376 (rape) IPC and 3 & 4 (sexual violence) of the Pocso Law.
Both sentences must run simultaneously.
A few months before registration of cases on December 20, 2017, with Jerawada police, Shelke had approached the girl near the college.
Both of them then exchanged their numbers.
In August 2017, he proposed to marry him.
On September 18, 2017, Shelke took the girl to the cottage in Kondhwe Dhawade and had a physical relationship with him.
A few days later, the girl complained of stomach pain and the doctor told him and the parents that he was pregnant.
