Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Tuesday provides temporary assistance to Mandakini Eknath Khadse and releases the condition of the interim guarantee of pre-capture of regular presence before the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
HC said he could attend the ED office for investigations and when needed and agency can issue a notification for the presence 24 hours earlier.
The petition submitted by him for regular pre-capture guarantees is stored for further heard on December 21 by Justice Nitin Sambre.
Previously, HC had provided temporary protection to former Revenue Minister Maharashtra Eknath Khadse, and had directed Ed not to catch him for a week where he would approach the PMLA court specifically for assistance.
His wife Mandakini Khadse, 62, has transferred HC with a pre-arrest PLEA bail in the case of the same money laundering on Pune 2016 land agreement, his advice Mohan Tekavde was submitted before HC.
Tekavde said he was a senior citizen and an educated person living with his family members.
He was indicted as accused of the case submitted by ED in 2019.
The application included a number of medical conditions he suffered.
He said this was the only case against him and he had worked with investigations 15 times.
