Orders apply to Pune limits, Khadki and Dehu Road Cantonment, while rural areas of the district, where the level of participants remain above 5%, will operate with Level Limit 3.

General parks will now open at night too.
Pawar says this relaxation is conditional.
“In the case of the pace of the front rise up above 7%, restrictions will be applied again,” he said.
“We are unlocking the service and extending timings, but residents must ensure that they follow the corresponding Covid-19 behavior.
We will attract this relaxation if there is a surge in Covid case,” he added.

Similarly, mall employees must be fully vaccinated and undergo a two-week Covid-19 test.” Public parks will now open starting at 06 : 00 to 10:00 to 19:00 on all days, while indoor and outdoor sports activities, except for contact sports, will be permitted.

The state decision on July 31 to maintain restrictions in 11 districts, including Pune, has disappointed residents, traders and business people in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad, who expect some relaxation given the level of sub-5%.
The decision was largely based on the situation in the country’s countryside, but triggered protests from merchants and mall employees, who did not have concessions for almost four months.
The Federation of Pune Trade Association (FTAP), which has 40,000 members in the Pune Metropolitan area, has protested and opposed the deadline of 4pm, while the owner of the mall and employees also holds agitation.
Sunday review meetings were held against this background after the authorities submitted a detailed report on the applicable situation.
Pawar said, “The decision on the reopening of schools and religious places will be taken according to state policy.
These companies will remain closed for now,” in Covid Normal Compliance, Pawar said the authorities had consistently received complaints about many citizens who do not follow the appropriate behavior of Covid.
“The right action will also be taken against shop owners who violate the norms and open their company during locking,” he said.
Pawar said the company must ensure they vaccinate their employees.
“Along with government vaccination centers, even personal facilities are now available for these companies.
Only those who are vaccinated will be allowed to work,” he said.
