Pune: The 35-year-old multinational executive company was found hanging from the ceiling fan in his flat on the BMCC Road on Thursday morning.
The Sanjay Mogale inspector from the Gymkhana DECCAN police said they were suspicious of suicide, based on indirect evidence.
“There was no other person in the flat when the police and firefighters opened the door.
We did not find a note on the spot.
The reason behind the death is being confirmed,” Mogale said.
He said the deceased was not married and lived alone in the flat, which belonged to his parents who lived in Mumbai.
“We have not recorded a statement of his parents and his relatives.
Some relatives told us that he had pursued his MBA from a leading college in Mumbai and then studied several professional courses in the UK and the US,” Mogale said.
