Pune: The Civic Agency will provide 30 online services in December this year.
“The decision to introduce more online services is taken after reviewing the convenience of doing business initiatives.
Citizens will be able to complete their assignments related to health, water, property taxes and other departments online in December,” said Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) additional commissioners Ravindra Binwade.
In accordance with civilian officials, PMC provides 83 different services for the total public.
The majority of them must be offered through online mode under the Rights of Maharashtra for Public Service Law, 2015.
“We will use an SMS-based system to track applications and its status.
This will help citizens in better utilization of online city facilities.
This system will be launched in the next few months, “Binwade said.
