Pune: NCP office bearers flout Criteria, Reserved

PUNE: The police on Sunday registered a case against the Nationalist Congress Party’s (NCP) town unit office bearers and 150 other people for separating social distancing standards by amassing huge quantities at a job to inaugurate its new headquarters near Shramik Bhavan, Dengle bridge, even on Saturday.
Senior country NCP leader and deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar, who had presided over a Covid-19 review interview earlier in the afternoon, inaugurated the headquarters.
The authorities have gathered some videos and photographs of the audience on Saturday.
NCP’s youth wing president Mahesh Hande had searched police consent to use loudspeakers for a little function.
Police allowed the purpose when inquiring organisers to adhere to most of Covid protocols.
But six office bearers and several NCP employees gathered for its purpose in approximately 5pm on Saturday, the authorities said.
