Pune: Personality historians and Terminal Theater Babasaheb Purandare is very sick with age-related pneumonia and undergoing aggressive treatment at Pune Deenananth Mangeshkar Hospital (DMH), caring for a doctor who was confirmed on Sunday night.
Shahir Shiv is 99 years old, because he is known to be popular, has undergone intensive medical treatment (ICU) for more than a week and is currently in the support of the ventilator, the doctor said.
“Babasaheb’s condition is very important.
He is in the support of ventilators for pneumonia related to old age and struggling to live,” said Medical Director DMH Dhananjay Kelkar.
Purandare was diagnosed with aspirational pneumonia for a week ago.
