Pune: NGT panel to improve fines on brokers, civil bodies

Pune: National Green Tribunal (NGT) has established the Committee of the Central and Maharashtra Pollution Control Board to assess environmental compensation to be imposed on the Gokhale Landmark LLP and Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) company for “negligence” that contributed to “negligence” of environmental damage caused By untreated water flowed from the broken waste line at the construction site in Kothrud to become a Nullah and further to the Mutha River.
