Pune: One is held for an offer to sell online employer vehicles

Pune: A driver was arrested this week because they tried to sell a new Utility vehicle Employer Bengaluru based in Bengaluru on the online portal.
Pimpri Chinchwad residents completed an agreement for RS25 Lakh.
The driver, posing as a seller, said he would send a vehicle on Tuesday.
The buyer grew suspicious because the vehicle did not have a registration number, and told the police commissioner Pimpri Chinchwad Krishna Prakash.
The crime branch team led by Assistant Inspector Harish Mane put a trap at the Tathawade on Tuesday and took the driver, Chetan Methetre (26) from the Bidar district in Karnataka, becoming custody with the SUV.
While questioning the Magre acknowledged his involvement in stealing a car.
Inspector Mane’s assistant said that two months ago, the former employer Mabilre had bought a new SUV.
Methet stopped working for him before that.
“The owner wants a special registration number, so he doesn’t register it,” said Mane.
Mane said Methre, who needed money, hatched the plot to steal SUVs.
“He has taken photos and made it sold.
For the past two months, he has dealt with different customers,” said Mane.
He said that on October 10, Mashet took the SUV key from the former employer’s wife on the grounds and drove a vehicle to Pune.
“The employer has submitted a case against Methetre,” said Mane, added that Methre and SUV were handed over to Bengaluru Police.
