Pune: Police Sex Rackets Police in Pimple Gurav

Pune: Police Social Security Cell Pimpri Chinchwad on Wednesday destroyed an alleged sex racket run in an apartment at Pimple Gurav.
The police have arrested four Uganda national women and sent them to the rescue house.
The team of social security cells, led by Assistant Inspector Ashok Dongre, also arrested a 22-year-old man for running a sex racket.
After getting a tip-off about the racket, the police sent bait customers to the flat.
“Once we got confirmation from bait, our team raided the flat,” Dongre said.
“Two of women came to India about six months ago while two women had been here for the past year.
They came to the country about medical and tourist visas,” Dongre said.
Last month, a woman from Uganda had filed firs with the police station Sangvi against Uganda National for forcing him to be a prostitution under the pretext of helping him get a job at the call center in India.
