After the Covid review meeting, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar even continued to add that there was no clarity about the airport site.
The landowner from Purandar said that they were fed up with a long time.
“Why can’t they (the government) soon decide? There is a lot of confusion whether the site will remain in Purandar or return to Chakan.” Recently, the residents of the nearly villages from the proposed sites also conducted a signature campaign that they would not let the airport in their village.
In a new proposal, which has not been cleaned, the land will be obtained at Mavdi, Pimpri, Rajuri, Naugon, Rise-Pise and Pandeshwar Village.
Officials from Administration said there was no development of this proposal.
