Pune: The Minister of Education Varsha Gaikwad has ordered investigations and actions against schools in the city who sent back students because they did not pay fees.
Gaikwad, in Tweet on Monday, said, “Call a report on this issue.
The appropriate action will be taken.” The incident was reported to the district education officer.
An education officer said that many parents have not been able to pay fees for various reasons such as losing work and salary deduction.
“No school has the right to stop children’s education.
If the event is true, then the action will be taken against the school,” he said.
