Pune: The car falls into Panghet water, a woman sinks

Pune: A 33-year-old woman, Samruddhi Deshpande from Shaniwar Peth, died while her husband Yogesh (35) and Putra (9) Congratulations after their car fell to the backwaters from the Panshet Bureau along Jalan Panghet-Velhe, about 45 km from the city, on the city, on Sunday afternoon.

The car was flooded and gradually began to sink,” said Pawar.
One of the three saviors then destroyed the windshield of the vehicle and pulled Samruddhi out of the car.
He was taken to the hospital in Panghet, where the doctors examined him and said he died.

The family returned to Pune from their home village when the woman’s husband, who drove a vehicle, lost control while negotiating a sharp turn and the car went off the road and fell to the reservoir.
