Pune: A 40-year-old woman is confused to death and robs valuables worth RS37,000 on Friday night in Kiwale.
“The robbers killed the woman – Someru Brading URAV Kiwale – to rob the valuable items,” said Inspector Rajendra Rajmane.
Her husband, Someru URAV (46), filed a complaint of the police on Friday.
Murder and robbery cases have been registered.
“Someru lives on a construction site in Kiwale,” said Rajmane.
“The husband and other workers went to another construction site, a few kilometers away.
When they returned, they found the woman lying on the floor and blood flowed from her head,” he said.
The robbers have attacked him in the head with heavy blunt objects, said Rajmane.
“They stole cash, valuables, and even the silver chain he was wearing,” he added.
