Pune: Police Bharati Vidyapeth on Monday arrested RAM Giri Giri (34), a resident of Khed, on charges of stabbing a woman (32) to death in the Katraj Ghat section on Sunday.
Giri worked as a cook with a restaurant in Khed, while the woman was hired as officers at the mall in Padmavati on Jalan Pune-Satara.
“Her husband remains in Beed with two of their children.
He has an affair with the last seven years of Girifor,” said the Assistant Commissioner of Police Sushma Chavan.
Senior Inspector Jagannath Kalasass from Police Bharati Vidyapeth quoted an initial investigation and said, “Giri used to work in a restaurant near the mall, where the woman worked.
