Puneet’s death encourages people to go for a heart examination

Hubballi: The sudden death of actor Puneeph Rajkumar has encouraged people in North Carnataka, especially those in his 40s, to approach doctors and cardiologists for health checks.
Some people, although active through walking, jogging and other exercises, are undergoing a heart test due to pressure from their family members.
ECG test reports, ECO and TMT are 95 percent of them negative.
According to the doctor, Puneet’s death has created panic among people.
Seeing many teenagers queue for tests, some doctors create awareness of their unfounded fears.
Leela P, a nurse in a private hospital, said many people, although suitable, were undergoing tests and consulting doctors.
“Most of them are 40 years and over.
Teenagers also came here to complain of chest pain, while having arrested the muscles,” he clarified.
Dr.
S V Sullad, a medical practitioner from Akshay Colony here, said the development was seen after the death of the actor.
“Symptoms, there are no heart problems in many patients.
But seeing their anxiety, we refer them to cardiologists who can bite their fears,” he said.
Shankar Nagappa, 45, an employee of a private company in Dharwad, said he was also forced to undergo ECG by his family.
“Even though I exercise in the gym, jogging and cycling, I heed my family suggest and undergo a test.
Everything is normal,” he said.
Dr.
Jayaraj Sindhur, a general practitioner from Lingaraj Nagar here, said such developments occur after celebrity death.
“We have 8-10 additional patients in the lab per day.
After the test, we convince them to stay clean from myths.
When people take their deaths on their hearts, mass anxiety will continue for several days,” he said.
Berbicarizarists We have information that the number of people who undergo ECG, echo and other heart-related tests multiply in North Carnataka.
Instead of worrying, people must take the death of actor as a lesson.
Those who have a family history of heart attacks should not choose strong exercises.
They can do moderate exercises that don’t tense their hearts.
