PATIALA: Three labourers were injured after the roof of an under-construction building dropped near Sanauri Adda region in Punjab’s Patiala area Thursday afternoon.
The building has been constructed near Mai Ji Di Sarai, contrary to the New Rehri marketplace in town.
The officers of the municipal company asserted that approximately 10 labourers were current in the place at the right time of this episode.
The district government however was able to save the labourers and confessed the wounded at Government Rajindra Hospital along with Vardhman Hospital.
The authorities said that an instance is going to be enrolled under applicable parts of the India Penal Code after recording the statements from those injured.

Municipal commissioner Poonamdeep Kaur stated,”I’m unaware regarding the technical reasons behind the event.
Of those four hurt labourers, three have been sent to personal Vardhman hospital and you was admitted in Government Rajindra Hospital for therapy.
“The construction was prohibited and a showroom has been proposed inside in a place of about 1000sqft.
We’d listed this construction from the demolition record.
There are approximately six these buildings from the record which is going to be demolished,” she added.
“It is the responsibility of this area-inspectors of civil company to maintain a check to the illegal structures.
