Chandigarh: AAP Leader Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said Minister Punjab Chararjit Singh Channi will face the defeat of his Chamkar Sahib seat in the next month the Polls of the State Assembly when he quoted several surveys to strengthen his claim.
The Chief of Minister Delhi further said that “people were surprised” to see the seizure of Crores Rupee from Channi’s nephew during the attack on the recent enforcement directorate.
“Our survey shows that Channi Ji lost to Chamkaur Sahib.
People were surprised to see on the TV clerk Ed count the bundle of notes,” Kejriwal said in a tweet.
Channi will fight the February assembly poll from Chamkaur Sahib’s chair.
The AAM AADMI party has attacked Channi since Ed carrying out attacks in many places including Channi’s niece.
Kejriwal on Wednesday said Channi was not an ordinary person but “dishonest man” because he tried to corner the Congress leader over the attack ed.

The leader of AAP Raghav Chadha on Thursday has asked Channi to explain the recovery of a large amount of cash confiscated during the ED attack from his premise related to his relatives.
Ed on Wednesday said that it seized cash of Rs 10 Crore, including around Rs 8 Crore from Channi’s relatives, during the raid conducted in connection with the anti-money laundering investigation into illegal sand mining operations in the selection of state polls.
In a statement, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) said “burdensome” documents related to “illegal” sand mining and property transactions, cellphones, gold worth more than Rs 21 Lakh and Rolex Watches worth Rs 12 Lakh were also confiscated during the search ended on the day Wednesday.
In particular, Channi on Wednesday accused the central government led by BJP hatching conspiracies to trapped it in a case where the attack was carried out by Ed in many places in Punjab.
