Ludhiana: The government is bound to dea to punish those involved in the sand mafia, brewing, irrigation scam or deviation scholarship after the post, Punjab CM Chararjit Singh Channi while handling the meeting after putting the foundation of the projects here on Thursday.
He said the perpetrators of cruel crimes, no matter how prosperous, would be punished according to land law.
