CHANDIGARH: The Punjab opposition parties on Tuesday slammed Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu for Supposedly Contradicted the dalits by Stating that the SAD Abandoned”Holy” Chairs like Anandpur Sahib and Chamkaur Sahib into the Bahujan Samaj Party.

Though the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has lodged a complaint against the Ludhiana MP using the Punjab State Scheduled Caste Commission and accused of Bittu of departure”casteist” opinions against dalits, ” the BJP alleged that the lawmaker insulted the dalit community.
State BSP leader Jasbir Singh Garhi also stated that Bittu’s opinions reflected the”mindset” of this Congress and added that his party has lodged a complaint from him.
Bittu awakened a row once he explained the”holy” chairs of Anandpur Sahib and Chamkaur Sahib were awarded to the BSP from the SAD.
