Punjab COPS BUST SFJ Modules Promote Seceticist Activities

Chandigarh: Punjab police on Friday solved the separatist module ‘Association of Violating Law’, Sikh for Justice (SFJ), with the arrest of the three members after winning a lot of pamphlets Secectively promoting the activities of ‘referendum 2020’, from their ownership during the RAID conducted in the village of Rampi in Khanna .
SFJ was prohibited by the Indian government in July 2019 under the prevention law of violating the law (UPA) for their involvement in promoting separation and militancy in Punjab and Sikh Referendum 2020.
Those who were arrested had been identified as a gurwinder of Singh of Rampur in Khanna, and Jagwinder Singh and Sukhdev Singh from Morinda in Ropar.
Police have also ordered Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, Harpreet Singh, Bikramjeet Singh and Gursahai Makhu, all based in the US, and Jagjeet Singh Mangat of Khanna.
Accompanied by the task judge, the police stormed Rampi and confiscated more than 2.84 lakellets on the referendum of 2020 activities.
They also confiscated a Canon printer, spray pump and spray bottle to write sensis graffiti on the wall, one laptop, three cellphones and Honda city cars from their ownership.
Introduction Investigation revealed that Gurwinder was commercially and motivated on the Youtube channel ‘As Media International’ operated by J S Dhaliwal, which further introduced it to Pannu.
In Pannu’s instructions, Gurwinder put the Khalistan flag at the government’s school place in his village, a police spokesman said.
It also came out that the defendant had registered around 20-25 people to choose to promote a 2020 referendum in addition to distributing pamphlets for various groups around Doraha in Ludhiana Regency and gave money on Pannu instances.
In accordance with an investigation, Gurwinder has written a graffiti wall that promotes the Sikh Referendum 2020 activities (in English and Punjabi), under the bridge and on a signboard in various places on the Khanna-Singhu border in Delhi.
To promote separation activities, the defendant received large funds from Pannu through a human channel, Hawala and MTss channels.
FIR in this case was registered on September 16 under various parts of the IPC, including incitement, and UPA in Cell Special Operations State Police State in Mohali.
Raids further is being carried out to catch the remaining defendants.
