The accused had been identified as Bhagwant Singh, nephew (brother’s son) of their deceased Mohan Singhalong with his mom Gurmail Kaur, his son Dilpreet Singh, along with his 2 cousins Jaswant Singh and Kulwant Singh (sons of additional brother of dead Mohan Singh).
Complainant Gurjant Singh, son of dead Dolo Khurd, advised authorities that his grandfather had split property from the title of his dad and his brothers at 2000.
He added that the accused Bhagwant would issue his dad and ceased water for their fields as well as snapped cable of the joint engine because of they obtained their individual water engine installed.
The complainant advised the authorities that Bhagwant along with his mom Gurmail ceased their way too so that they carved way for their home in their property.
He added that the accused Bhagwant and Gurmail would pass via precisely the identical manner and brought water out of their own source.
Gurjant reported that the Bhagwant and Dilpreet was threatening his dad and Bhagwant had followed him with his pistol.
He added that his dad, aged about 62 years old, committed suicide at a corner room in the rear part of his home due to harassment from the accused.

Police later reserved the accused of abetment to suicide.
Investigating officer of this situation, helper sub-inspector Hakam Singh explained that the accused are not yet been detained.
