Chandigarh: The Punjab government has developed an integrated unified online receipt portal to make the revenue process in universities managed by the state government.
Minister of Higher Education Punjab Tripe Rajinder Singh Bajwa said the online system would allow students to submit a request to enter in different colleges while sitting at home.
The prominent features of the entry portal include a single acceptance platform for all Punjab government colleges for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, a single application form for several universities, the fixed form of application forms of RS 200 and contactless verification of applicants.
Similarly, the certificate of caste (SC / BC) and the applicant’s domicile certificate is automatically verified by the portal.
