Ludhiana: Five days after former Minister of Main and Shiromani Akali Dal (sad) Patron Parkash Singh Badal was accepted at the DMCH after testing Covid Positive, he was dismissed on Monday.
Meanwhile, the doctors at the hospital said that the sampling report of the genome suggested that he was infected by the Omicron variant.
On January 19, a 94-year-old veteran politician was brought to DMCH during the day after he had covid-related symptoms and then he had tested the positive covid.
Dr.
Bishav Mohan, the Cardiology Professor in the DMCH, which was on the team of doctors who took care of Badal, said that his condition improved and he felt much better so he was dismissed from the hospital.
He added that even the test was normal and he was in Ludhiana for two days and his medical examination would be done tomorrow or daytime.
Dr.
Bishav Mohan further said that the sampling genome suggested that he was infected by Omicron.
