Punjab: Former Minister of Union Balwant Singh Ramoowalia launched his Lok Bhalai Party

Ludhiana: Former Minister of Union Balwant Singh Ramoowalia on Wednesday revived his Bhalai party and said that they had decided to take a real trouble of Punjab to court.
