Chandigarh: Minister of Education Punjab Pargate Singh on Monday launched a career portal aimed at providing professional guidance to school students and state universities.
One of the main reasons behind the issue of punjab unemployment is the inability to choose the right career option, the Minister said at a function here.

He said the portal would play an important role in guiding students about various online courses, scholarships and calls as part of a series of steps made by the Ministry of Education.
The Minister added that 10 lakh students will now get the necessary information about career counseling, courses and the scholarship sector while sitting at home.
