Ludhiana: Rural police arrest drug vendors after recovering 4,500 intoxicating tablets from their ownership in Ludhiana Regency.
The defendant was identified as Sarabjit Singh Sarban of Bhaini Gujjran.
SSP Rajbachan Singh Sandhu said following a tip off, the police arrested Sarabjit from the T-Point Khurshaidpuran and confiscated his contraband from his ownership.
Police said Sarabjit’s aide had not been arrested.
The police said that Sarabjit will be produced in court so that the police detention can be obtained after that he will be interrogated.
Meanwhile, the police also arrested a Daljit Singh Vijay from Sidhwan and restored 500 grams of opium from his ownership.
