Chandigarh: Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha on Tuesday disqualified legislators JUITE BALDEV Singh from home membership under the anti-defection law.
A petition that looked for disqualification was submitted after he left the AAM AAM AADMI Party (AAP) in 2019.
Baldev Singh, along with several AAP MLA, had changed the rebels against the party’s leadership after Sukhpal Singh Khaira was issued from the position of opposition leader in July 2018.
