Ludhiana: Youth leader Akali Dal Gurdeep Gosha on Tuesday resigned from party membership and joined Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP).
Gosha shared his resignation on social media and also shared the ceremony to join through Facebook.
He joined the leadership of the Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhwat, who was responsible for the election of Punjab as well.
Gosha previously asked for a ticket from the South Constitution, but Sad chose Hira Singh Gabria from there.
After this, Gosha felt a little offended.
Since then BJP tried to convince him because he joined a party.
It could be a major loss for Akali Dal when Gosha was a popular face in the city.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, he served poor people while distributing food for more than a month.
