NAWANSHAHR: Notification has been issued by officers who returned to the Nawanshahr District, Balachaur and Banga to violate the polling code by sitting MLAS Shiromani Akali Dal and Congress because they held a public meeting even though the Indian Election Commission prohibited the meeting until January 15, 19 pandemic.
Banga Hdm and Ro Navneet Kaur Bal issued a notification to be sad (b) the President of the Sandeep Bhatia district due to a violation of the polling code by the MLA Dr.
Sukhwinder Kumar Sukhi party to hold a public indoor meeting in Ghumman Village on January 9.
He said that a complaint was accepted regarding the meeting through WhatsaApp after the administrative team and flying troops conducted an investigation and found original complaints.
Bal said that a sad president had been instructed to submit a reply within 24 hours in this case.
But in Balachaur, similar notifications were issued for MLA themselves.
HR and Ro Deepak Rohella issued a notice to MLA Darshan Lal Mangupur Local for violating the polling code to hold a meeting with Sarpanchs from 25 villages in the District Ratowal Village on Tuesday and plan party activities with them.
The meeting images were also distributed by the complainants and were also uploaded on social media groups where 46 people were found to take part in the meeting and no one wore a mask.
MLA has been instructed to submit a reply within 24 hours in this case.
